Response times
EasyCalcHub is a small, independent project rather than a large company, so replies come from one person. We read every message and usually reply within a few days. Reports of possible errors in a calculator are always prioritised — those get looked at first, because accuracy matters more than anything else here.
Reporting a problem with a tool
If a result looks wrong, the most helpful details are: which tool you used, the numbers you entered, the result you saw, and what you expected instead. That's usually enough to reproduce the issue quickly. Screenshots are welcome but not necessary.
